Parent Education
Parent education sessions are led by external teachers with great experience in antenatal education provision. These sessions enable you to find out more about pregnancy whilst preparing you for labour, birth and caring for your newborn baby.
The sessions are available at
- Royal Hampshire County Hospital
- Hampshire Hospitals Maternity Centre, Andover
- Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital (Sherbourne Building)

Tours of the maternity units
Tours of the maternity units are available. Please ask your midwife for details.
On occasions it may not be possible to visit all areas of the maternity unit due to increased activity.
